Warranty Return & Refund Policy

We warrant that all products sold are new and free from material defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product description. This limited warranty applies only under the following conditions:

Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for one year under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective products.

After ninety (90) days and up to one year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid (prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned). A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.

Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.

Battery-Specific Terms
Normal Wear: Capacity depletion (e.g., ≤80% after 12 months) is not considered a defect.
Void Conditions: This warranty is void if the battery shows: (a) signs of improper charging, installation, or misuse; or (b) tampered/removed labels or barcodes.

Warranty Requests
All requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made directly through our official Customer Service Department at order@bateria-de-portatil.com.

Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind and want to return the items for a refund, you can contact our Customer Service Department via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within thirty (30) days of receipt. For items returned within this thirty (30) day period, we will offer an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

Products returned for refund or exchange MUST: be complete and undamaged, contained in original packaging, including all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories which you have purchased from us. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Our policy is to refund the purchase price (not including shipping and handling costs). Upon confirmation after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the same business day. Please allow 7-15 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product arrives damaged, defective (out of the box), or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at order@bateria-de-portatil.com with photographic proof. In such events, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, and we will cover all return shipping fees.

Include your order number and reason for return.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping Responsibility

We recommend using trackable/insured shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Refund Processing

Actual refund timing may vary (7-15 business days) depending on your financial institution.
Only product costs will be refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures

1. Authorization Requirement
All returns require a valid RMA number.
Request by email to order@bateria-de-portatil.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
RMA numbers expire 30 days after issuance.

2. Return Shipping Instructions
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer packaging and shipping label.
Unauthorized returns (no RMA/expired RMA) cannot be processed.

3. Packaging Requirements
Must include all original components, manufacturer packaging & materials, manuals, and accessories.
Use protective outer packaging.
Note: We are not liable for damage from improper packaging or lost uninsured shipments.

4. Timeframe & Costs
Must ship within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Customer responsibilities include return shipping costs, insurance for high-value items, and providing a tracking number (recommended).

5. Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed and issued on the same business day upon confirmation after receipt and inspection.
Please allow 7-15 business days for the funds to reflect in your account post-issuance, depending on your financial institution.
